Shipping
Orders are mailed out once a week with Deutsche Post/DHL using priority shipping. All shipments are tracked and insured up to 50€.
Shipping rates:
Germany
3,60€ for prints and originals up to Din A4, patches and tote bags.
4,00€ for prints and originals up to Din A3, apparel and wall banners.
International
6,90€ for prints and originals up to Din A4, patches and tote bags.
8,20 € for prints and originals up to Din A3, apparel and wall banners.
Orders within Germany usually arrive within 2 working days after being posted.
Orders within Europe usually arrive within a week after being posted.
Orders to North America usually arrive within 1-3 weeks after being posted.
Orders from all other destinations usually arrive within 2-6 weeks after being posted.
Before and during holiday season shipping may take a little longer, sometimes up to 8 weeks.If your order arrived damaged or your tracking information didn't update for several weeks, please get in touch via email to [email protected]
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
VAT
VAT is included and already applied if you are ordering from within the EU. Orders from outside the EU are not taxable in Germany according to UstG §6 (German sales tax law) and therefore VAT is not applied.
Payment options
Only payments via Paypal are accepted.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me by e-mail to [email protected] that you are withdrawing from the contract and want to return your order.
If you cancel the contract, you will receive your payments back within 14 days after the goods have been returned to me. You are responsible for the return postage costs and for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
