Screen printed Patch - "Arma Christi"

The „Arma Christi“ are the the instruments of the passion, that were used to torture and finally kill Jesus of Nazareth. The Romans used plenty of different methods and tools to torture the „King of the Jews“, that were often depicted on private devotional altars throughout many centuries and were symbolic for the suffering and death of the „Son of God“. This illustration shows the three nails used during his cruxifiction as well as the crown of thorns, that was used to mock him. The symbol of the skull is often seen on the bottom end of the cross and refers to Adam, who was said to have been buried on Golgotha, where Jesus was crucified.
